would be quite easy to make a xmas tree hat. cone of card, and actually stick tinsel and baubles on etc.

What about a tall hat (Cat in the Hat style) with a half opened door with the Grinch popping out.

Black hat with a dark blue Bethlehem and a light up star over the stable.Battery operated.
