Ok...my Head has approached me about training to become a teacher.
I must confess it was something I was already considering but need to train whilst still working as a teaching assistant (can't afford to give up work). Can anyone kindly give me any guidance as to what my options would be... I already have 6 GCE's and 2 A'levels, NCFE2 and NVQ3 (almost!)

Of course as I already love my job just the way it is I might not do it at all - unfortunately home circumstances might force me into becoming a main wage earner in the future so its seems a good option.

well, your first step is a degree. So, you need to consider what degree basically. You could do this part time, or open university do them.

had the same idea from my Head of school last week, luckily it wasnt a dilemma for me, i told him NO!
