Very enjoyable read, not what I expected after curious incident. Very easy to read, I always like books written in short chapters - always time to squeeze in just one more Razz very believable storyline, though wouldn't like a repitition of that wedding when it comes to #1 getting married Shocked

Finished, really enjoyed it. The wedding was reminiscent of some I have been too Shocked Shocked

still got some to go with this one, but really enjoying the short chapters, the way the story goes between the characters so you can keep interested and the way the characters seem so real and normal. Whenever you pick it up ypu feel like you have read and learnt a lot

if you havent read it yet then try to, its a good read and true to life with lots of humour and sadness

I have to say if it wasn't for the recommendation here I would have given this book a miss. So glad I read it now though. You could really relate to all the characters [I could even the father].

Finished it today! not sure I agree with critics though......odd bits were amusing but mostly quite disturbing, maybe because I could relate to more than one character. Confused Agree with everyone though - short chapters were great and the fact we saw the story from each characters point of view was very clever. Razz

finished yesterday...enjoyed it, especially the funny little lines mixed in with the drama going on in the chapters

like the ending too, i think most of the characters 'grew up' during the story
