Following a suggestion from DQ we will hold an initial weigh-in/target setting this Friday, 4th January
OK so here's what happens next, for those of you who are joining for the first time, or simply need a reminder - weigh yourself on Friday morning and decide on the initial target you wish to set yourself, remember to make your target achievable, so if you want to lose a lot set smaller targets then you will feel good about yourself when you cross each one off

Post your target in the thread which I will set up, don't post your weight as that is something personal ........................ unless you particularly want to
After the initial target setting weigh-ins will be every two weeks on a Friday, and remember we have reward stickers to encourage us along the way
