Can I join in? You sound like the motivation I need. I did Weight Watchers a few years ago but unforunately I'm the classic story of putting all the weight back on again.

hi everyone hope you all resisting temptation. Another thing i forgot to tell you all is BREAKFAST try to eat eggs ( boiled, poached , scrambled or an omlette) I read a while back about a study and those who had eggs for brekkie lost more weight than those who didn't eat them. Also drink GREEN TEA you get it from yhe health food shop HOLLAND AND BARRETS it takes a while to get used to the taste . I used to drink coffee by the bucketfull but now i swear by GREEN TEA and if it worked for posh . Drink it after breakfast, dinner and tea and then if you want you can have your normal tea or coffee.

Funnily the most weight I ever lost succesfully was having egg and bacon (grilled) for breakfast. Hardly needed anything for lunch... used to have celary/carrots/etc. Maybe need to go back on that track,
