jumped on the scales yesterday and had lost 5lb Very Happy tried again just to check and had gained 3lb, so tried again and this time I'd lost 9lb then gained 7lb

I think maybe I need new scales Confused

lost 1lb this week Smile

measuring myself aswell. Lost quite a few inches - so really chuffed -a full inch off my waist and 21/2 off my boobs -yeah!!!!!
