Ok, I'm posting this now ready for tomorrow's inaugural 2008 weigh/target setting. Everything is very simple:-

1. weigh yourself
2. set yourself a target
3. post your target in this thread
4. come back every two weeks to report on your progress

remember -

Good luck everyone - looking forward to seeing 'less' of you all

BMI now 24 (down from over 28) so just a bit more to go for comfort.

Will try 7lb for now.

Good luck everyone. We can do it!

come on girls you need to aim for 1-2 ilbs a week. Take it from someone who knows as i lost 7 stone in 2 years down to healthy eating and exercise you can all do it . After christmas i put on 5 ilbs that's purely down to alcohol and chocolate but hey i enjoyed myself. Be realistic and you will succeed. Don't aim for more than 1-2 ilbs otherwise the weight may be put back on.

the target isnt for a week julie, its a total to aim for.

we have a weigh in every two weeks and post our losses for that period, and then work out how much left to reach our target.

Im aiming for 10Lb, would like to loose more but 10lb is my first target that way I will feel Ive achieved something even if it takes me 6-8 weeks to get there Very Happy

we'll all be glad of any hint or tips you have (I know I would) Very Happy
