My weight has always been a problem for me, and am currently the heaviest I have ever been. But I am determined this year will my last of being unhappy with my weight ....... Very Happy

actually whilst this BMI index is used in the medical world it is actually a naff way of measuring because it assumes we are all oblongs!

you know yourself whether you are overweight and dont need some stupid chart to tell you that.

chuck it out and go on your instincts.
