Synopsis

I loved it, an easy read but really interesting. The Island that the book is about is a real Island and the story is based on the real history of the Island which I found fascinatiing, I now want to visit it

I'm about halfway through, I've visited Crete & this book really brings it to life

I lovedit, and like others have said. Makes you want to vist.

I've also read this book and I really enjoyed reading it. In fact when I had finished it because it was so good, I found it harder to pick another book up straight after.

We have all heard about Leprosy colonies but this brings to life what life was like for those people.

Exellently told story, so hard to imagine the people only left the island just over 50 years ago
