Well folks, it's Friday 15th February tomorrow which means it's time for our third weigh-in - very cruel I know the day after Valentine's Day Shocked but hey!

please post the following info:

1. target amount you set yourself
2. amount lost this fortnight
3. total amount lost
4. amount left to target
