OK folks, it's Friday 29th February tomorrow which means it's time for our fourth weigh-in - hopefully half-term wasn't too difficult for us all!

please post the following info:

1. target amount you set yourself
2. amount lost this fortnight
3. total amount lost
4. amount left to target

Brilliant Medusa!

True each loss is a loss, apparantly the slower you loose it the more likely it is to stay off. Keep with it.

I gained a pound this time, so total lost is 3lb, amount to target is 11lb Rolling Eyes
