Try and have some healthy snacks or Morrisons have brought out some very low fat/cal snack crisps (about 45 cals a bag), bacon, spring onion and salt and vinegar flavour - they help my snack attack cravings (I love crisps). I also have some garibaldi type biscuits, you get three in a wrapped packet can get them from both Morrisons and Tesco (own brands). These are low cal, very sweet, so you don't think you are missing out. Always have them in my bag now, just in case!!
In the week I am fine, I work through lunch so have to have something at break and take something quick and healthy in, because I am eating this I don't tend to snack on all the goodies on the table!! - Can't say I will stay this angelic
Weekends are my downfall, takeaways, wine, ......... mmmmmmmmmm Doritos with dips mmmmmmmmmmm My mouth is watering!! But am being very good this weekend and cooking my favs instead and not buying any doritos!.
Smilez you have had some stress in your life and we all resort to our comfort foods when we feel like that. Put the bad food days behind you and start afresh.
