Feel like ive put weight on.. can just tell when looking at myself in the mirror so gonna weigh myself tomorrow at work if i remember. I keep snacking too, never really used to, ppl bringing cakes n biscuits in to work because its their birthday n of course i have to have something!! I also forget to drink throughout the day, maybe have a coffee here n there but not drinking water/juice until i get home. Also when i make my packed lunch for the next day i sometimes have a sandwich/crisps before my dinner! I was doing so good n now slipped back into old ways!

How can i stop myself from eating in between meals n remember to drink more coz i think that might fill me up more! think Rolling Eyes Confused

Get into the habit of carrying a bottle of water with you EVERYWHERE.
Drink half of it before EVERY lesson.
Snacking is tricky........I have an Options hot choc at breaktime - I feel like I've had something more substantial than a tea or coffee plus a piece of fruit.

Well when i say break i ment when the kids r out playing n i grab something and eat it when im sorting out things for the next lesson, lol

I'm gonna try n be good next week, asked the kids to remind me to drink water and they have been lol

Its the crisps!! And dont say dont buy em lol coz i need em! HAHA

Weekends its diff, wont really eat much! Having some pasta n sauce now n will prob have some toast or something before i go out later.

Try and have some healthy snacks or Morrisons have brought out some very low fat/cal snack crisps (about 45 cals a bag), bacon, spring onion and salt and vinegar flavour - they help my snack attack cravings (I love crisps). I also have some garibaldi type biscuits, you get three in a wrapped packet can get them from both Morrisons and Tesco (own brands). These are low cal, very sweet, so you don't think you are missing out. Always have them in my bag now, just in case!!

In the week I am fine, I work through lunch so have to have something at break and take something quick and healthy in, because I am eating this I don't tend to snack on all the goodies on the table!! - Can't say I will stay this angelic Wink

Weekends are my downfall, takeaways, wine, ......... mmmmmmmmmm Doritos with dips mmmmmmmmmmm My mouth is watering!! But am being very good this weekend and cooking my favs instead and not buying any doritos!.

Smilez you have had some stress in your life and we all resort to our comfort foods when we feel like that. Put the bad food days behind you and start afresh.
