when i used to read a lot, i remember enjoying biographies or autobiographies Rolling Eyes

has anyone any good recommendations for any, as im looking for some more books to beg/steal or borrow

I've still got nelson Mandela's book 'Long walk to freedom' to read. Only had it about four years.lol. I think it;s the sheer thickness of it that puts me off but I will get round to it eventually.

i was thinking about you the other day when i saw that book in the Oxfam shop! it is really thick isnt it...still i might go and buy it...if its still there Confused

our Oxfam shop has a really good selection of books

so thats one im going to try, thanks Bluebell

I have loads of showbiz type peoples biographies and autobiographies in boxes in the garage.

What kinda people would you be interested in DQ?

I could maybe lend you some? or just give you good ideas ?

Have comedy type people ones. Mainly older people. Some music type ones loads really Wink

#2 daughter got Russell Brand's My Bookie Wook for Christmas, keep meaning to read it as she said it was really good, recently read one of Gordon Ramsey's which I enjoyed.
