I always gain weight when I go too. Think it all the wholesome food they cook!! And the goodies we take with us.
To those who need it.
Have got my motivation back, I slipped off the riteous path for two weeks and it was brill.
Today I have made two very low cal soups, to eat when I get the urge.
For me this is the year I am going to lose my weight. I have tried time after time, only to fail and put even more on. Rose maybe now just isn't the right time for you, don't beat yourself up about it.

Oh Rose, I hope you do it, little by little is the most effective way  so I am told!
I made a bucket full of low cal soup yesterday to stop me nibbling.
