anyone got any ideas for working with clay and activites to make . usually work with liquid clay to cast moulds so looking for other ideas.

sorry for the long delay. i work with post 16 so the age range is 16 - 19 year old autistic students so their abilities range quite alot

What about some slab pots or boxes, tea light holders for presents.I was at apottery fair where a potter was selling unconventional shaped slab pots...large base and low sides. You could make another round one to sit inside and have it to put bread/tortilla chips and dipping oil/salsa in.
Tea light -slab sides of a house with chimney and cut out windows and a base with a lip to sit it inside.Lift the house place tea light on base and replace(I bought one like this and thought what a clever idea it was.Hope this helps.I made a small wall plaque to put an air plant in at college and a honey pot by the coil pot method.
