What counts as evidence to standard 2 and 3

I used Behavuiour Policy for 3 and 2 was.................photographs of a particular incident I incorporated into my display.

do you mean standard 2.1.2.2 etc there are lots of standards in the 2s and 3s aren't there?

standard 2 - establish fair, respectful, trusting, supportive and constructive relationships with children and young people.

for this i used notes from when i attended one of our feeder primary school over a few weeks to build a relationship with a school refusing selective mute pupil.

standard 3 - demonstrate the positive values, attutudes and behaviour they expect from children and young people

for evidencing this i used a class rules type poster

Oh sorry my mistake, I was one of the last to go through on the old standards.

I too used a class contract as evidence.

I used marking and comments in pupils books for building good relationships and showing support.
