Please Help
does task 4 have to be about a situation or can you write about a lesson and if so what do you putin the last box (what did you learnthat would inform your practise). As I need to write about keeping learners safe
and maintaining records which don't fit a situation.

Yes I wrote about a lesson because I needed to cover H&S. I highlighted the appropriate page for evidence.I put in the I chose the right amount of children working at the table anymore would have made classroom management difficult and I didn't think they would be safe I said I had more YR6 doing it because they were older and more able than YR4. I think I mentioned learning something about the policy too.I would have to check.Maintaining records I think I put in another that although I was aware of why we maintain them I hadn't been involved before in that particular class.Now the Class Teacher let me submit my groups scores as it saved her doing it.Some of those boxes I found I didn't write that much.I looked at how I could have done it differently and discussed why I had been right to do it the way i had.I mentioned knowing the children well.You could use mixing children and not putting certain ones next to others because of craeting behaviour difficulties if yo do.As I say some of it I found difficult because I didn't necessarily learn much bcause I have been doing it for years.I looked at being aware of policies etc.
