just wondering is the nvq3 better to have cache level3 thanks

I'm doing cache level 3 and have the opportunity to turn it into a NVQ, which I will be doing in soon, have had to do assignments then tutor will come in to observe us in our placement. Tutor said that there is no difference between a NVQ level3 and a cache level3 Cool

The NVQ is work based - your file and your observations are the proof you are capable of doing your job at a level 3. So if you are good under a microscope that this is a good option.
If you are better at essays without the observations than the cache is better - it does however mean one night a week in college.

No! They are equal and sit in exactly the same place on the National Qualifications framework.

As I put on another thread, many job adverts just put 'level 3 qualified' or words to that effect.
