If this position is in a mainstream school it's rare to have any specialised qualifications for 1:1 posts. Depending on what the statement is for, you'll normally be given any training needed.

Shocked I googled it and the only acronyms I could find where these

Acronym Definition
AAAD Administrative Actions and Appeals Division
AAAD Advanced Attack Armament Division
AAAD Airborne Anti-Tank (Armor) Air Defense
AAAD All Arms Air Defence
AAAD American Athletic Association of the Deaf (name changed to USADSF: United States of America Deaf Sports Federation)
AAAD Area Agency on Aging & Disability
AAAD Aromatic Amino Acid Decarboxylase

Any chance of a link to the ad?

the AAAD5058 is just the job reference number.
I checked out your local CC website and looked at a job description.
