Stds 29,30,31 are covered by the Tasks 1-3
I'm not sure what you mean by the needs analysis.Do you mean the class teaching because unless you are whole class teaching they wont entertain you.It can't be the odd lesson for HLTA it must be a regular occurance like PPA cover. It is a lot of work and to be honest not that worthwhile moneywise for some of us.I have finished mine so if you want any guidance I am willing to point you in the right direction.
I wouldn't worry about looking for evidence yet it will become much clearer when you go on the Training. |

you mean the one they send out with application?
if so dont worry to much about the evidence thing, they will look at this and decide if the assessment route only is for you or the 7 days proir as well.
just think of things you do to meet the standards, anything you state as evidence on the needs analayis is not the evidence you have to use once you start to write your tasks and gather evidence for the evidence file.
like jack said, there is a work load involved but it is worth the effort especially to give your own self esteem a boost.
good luck

Hi sarah I thought, If I cant do this what hope have I got. But, I did it, didn't spend a lot of time worrying about it, and have loved the training.
It is time-consuming rather than hard, but I think most people worry about interpreting the standards correctly. The guys on here are fab, and will help all they can, so don't worry. |
