Hi could anyone please help? I have completed A1 and tutor has had a look at it and said it was very good but to watch that I wasn't describing as it says evalutate. I have done pros and negs about scaffolding, feedback, role model, resources, praise and rewards except i have missed out what would happen if you over reward but apart form that i cant see what i havent done. showed the teacher who is my mentor and that is my best mate and she didnt think there was anything wrong with it. would it be possible for anyone to pm me with theirs so I can see how they hav done it not to copy but to compare. I hope you dont think im being cheeky this is the question

evaluate means looking at positives and negatives so have you put about how a TA can have both effects on the pupils? discuss all sides of what you are looking at, also the effect on independent learning of the pupils

Dont forget you WHY's, for every positive or negative you put in you have to say WHY.
