Any ideas for webcams use in KS1/KS2?

One of the schools I work at is thinking of buying some webcams. Any ideas what we could use them for?

OK sensible reply now. What about video conferencing between classroom. Bird feeder watching. animation.

Stream a production of ???
Video conference with establishments / other schools
Unattended / time lapse photography overnight / weekend

umm... I'm sure there's more you could use them for... but those are the first things that come to mind.
