if you buy a book on there does the delivery rate apply to every book..it says 2.75 delivery...is that per delivery or per book?

and is it covered by amazon so you are safe on there to use all your details?

The delivery is per book as you are buying from an individual seller, not Amazon (although it still applies per book if you buy more than one item for the same seller).
