Please could anyone advise just completing my numeracy activity based on measurement and non-measurment using different sized containers and asking the children to pour water into them and compare whether the container will hold less than or more than 1 litre.

Pick a particular need, i.e. significantly delayed/degraded gross motor skills and explain what steps you'd need to take to ensure the child could do the activity.

i.e. Big, chunky handles. Wide openings. Decrease the amount of water involved? (1 litre of water weighs 1Kg)

How about changing it from water to sand/beans/rice for children with visual/hearing problems.
