Hi.
I have been working as volunteer in school for nearly a year now.
I have decided that I would like to take a Teaching Assistant qualification. Have spoken to the Head who is happy for me to increase my school time and provide learning experiences required.
I have an honours degree and having spoken to College they feel I would be able to proceed straight to level 3 providing I obtain appropriate experience within school.
Have slight concerns about how this experience will be achieved although Head is positive and very supportive with the situation.
Any comments/similar experiences would be appreciated.
