I am going to work with the teacher everyone says is disorganised!!!!
I like to be very organised so don't know if I'll cope.
How do you make a teacher become more organised when its not our job to tell her how to do things??

I did and she drove me mad, but then she was also lazy so I organised her stuff myself. Made life a tad easier. Still maddening though.

He and I are finally departing company in Sept ...although he's a lovely person he does drive me mad argh You may need to drop subtle hints to yours - you never know, she might just get her act together with your support. Yup been there for two years (not this year though! Very Happy)!! By the end of it, I learned to always keep a copy of everything important (mainly trip information, that sort of thing) and hide it. Very Happy She was compared to a Womble once, on account of her apparent mania for lining the walls of her classroom with discarded paper (Shocked) and we frequently had to tidy up after her. There is no way to make a disorganised person organised, I'm sorry to say... not that I've ever found, anyway.

Perhaps that's why they've put you with her? Very Happy

Thanks guys, it seems to me that they have no one as experienced as me and want me to try and help her become more organised!!!!
Alot of the trouble is too, no one wants to work with the little ones and I will do anything!!!
I am not happy, have had my little cry but will go in next year with eyes open and see what I can do.
Will I get thanks for it I don't know????

If it is little ones why not ask if you could try out some High Scope organisation for the children Wink It would mean going in to set it up in the holidays but if you were keen........... Very Happy
