your relationship with colleagues which can be resolved by your own actions.

accurately and fairly report any issues ie poor communication and conflicts
in your working relationships which cannot be resolved to someone who ha the authority and capability to reach a resolution.


any help would be gratful as i work in a very small primary and conflicts hardly ever come up

I couldnt do these PIs so I had to answer the Professional Discussion Scenario thingy that my tutor gave me.

I didn't need to do PI 4 or worry about scopes as they were observed. However for PI 5 we were told to do a 'Reflective Account' as this does not need to be signed.

Can you think of a situation when you have fallen out with another member of staff, or there was a situation you were unhappy with and you were unable to fully resolve it.

My example (without going into too much detail) was when I was asked to do something which isn't in my job description.

When it comes to PI's I always end up embellishing stories, the beauty of the reflective account is that no one signs it, so make something up !!!
