not been weighing myself but........this week have worn 2 pairs of trousers and cut offs that were tight when i bought them...ie wouldnt do up.......and they feel great so i know im on the right track even if the scales dont tell me so Smile

yep...i could wear my new linen trousers today instead of the washed out ones which are going in the rag bag!!!!

got 2 more weeks of being good before my hols then will be straight back on the healthy kick as soon as i get home Smile

It's taken me aaaaaaaaages to lose this 2lbs.....(at least 6 weeks) so am chuffed Very Happy
