I noticed from the poll that there is a large no percentage, could this be because we have finished, gone on our well deserved hols, or don't belong to a union. |

Still deciding at our school.I am out and two others the others are making their mind up.Five are not in a union. There are added complications on one of the days and staff involved are having a real dilemma.Ht is support and no repercussions. It helps that some of the teachers were on strike recently. |

No idea. The Unison rep hasn't asked any of us yet. But it will probably be no. It is the last two days of term so we won't want to miss the childrens' end of term parties and various staff leaving do's and retirements. |

I am in a real dilemma.
I do not believe in not supporting your Union. BUT in the last strike I came out even though I am not in the pension scheme only to find out that those in school who are went in.......
Now, I think everyone in this school is going in and I am not the only union member..........
perhaps it's being Gemini that I can't decide _________________
