team practise?

think about how your team works, not just TAs but also the teachersSMT etc....and relate that to the questions

where they work well...where problems arise, how those could be overcome, relationships, meetings, if you have senior TAs or HLTA how thier role affects yours....

Always be helpful,listen to others,form good relationships,making sure always friendly,do not gossip,have a sympathetic ear.

School policies on ........----speak to your colleagues and find the school policies or ask your CT/HT etc the exact policy.

Don't be afraid to ask people. I am asking my CT all the time for bits of info.
Have you also got the Louise Burnham book which my tutor told me to get and bascially crib from???

I have searched through the TA handbook but can't find anything to help me with my mental block!
I would be grateful for any help.

individuals is that staff or pupils

Yes I have the book but can't seem to find any info. I am doing NVQ3 and the individuals would be staff.

i would look at effective interpersonal skills p281

skills that are needed when working within a team p280

p282 effective collaborative skills

in fact the whole chapter

basic the skills you need to get work with staff/team so you can do your job

i will stay here

The thing is that I have wrote about most of that stuff in other questions. I wondered if it meant their teaching styles and how they act with the children?!
I wish they would ask the question direct in a way I could understand!!!

in the book that chapter is about adult to adult

in my folder 3 2 1 is establish and maintain relationships with individual pupils

KB question iii. I need to know and understand:

I have just spoken to my assessor and she is going to send me a workbook that is about 30 pages long (oh joy! ). She didn't even help me with understanding the question!
