Be discriminating in making a distinction between observations, facts,information gained from others and opinion, when recording and reporting about children or young people.

I find it so difficult tying up the loose ends!

For the above i just put that i always have an exstension ready when working with a group & then when a child finishes i go through the exstension with them by doing a few together then giving less help until i'm satisfied that they can continue independently.
