Heya just wondered what ICT problems people have come across and how you have solved them??
Its a question for my NVQ course but just wondered how many types of problems people have come across

Hey an easy one...

Either think - what could possibly go wrong (from missing equipment, failure, lost leads, etc) and what would you do to solve it.

OR

State such problems lie outside the scope of my job description and, in accordance with school policy, any such problems would be reported to the designated individual(s).

If it can break down - or stop working just when you want it to - at some point it will - always have a back up plan!

The one I get normally asked to sort out is the printer not working. Did someone forget to switch it on yet again. Rolling Eyes
