is there anybody out there who could tell me if the delivering of Springboard, ALS wave 3 and any other prescribed is B or C grade work (level 2 or level 3)

In our school only Level 3s deliver it and I think they are all STA.

I have done all of the above mentioned plus more, and cover supervision while being employed and paid as a level 1. However I am qualified to a level 3, but my school does not recognise/ acknowledge my qualifications. It is the same for all the LSA in my school.
Having said that, It is a great school to work in and I love my job, so maybe the money is not everything!! Confused

No level 3s at my school ....hence level 1s and 2s deliver them

All Level 3 at ours as far as I am aware.All trained to Level 3 or 4 and paid as Level 3's HLTA rate for PPA when passed.

Hi, I have delivered Springboard and Literacy intervention schemes being employed especially to do this. I was employed as a level 2 TA but know of another person employed for same reason on only level 1.
