what is it asking me to provide any help please !!!!!!!

You could use an IEP to demonstrate this and then write up how it meets the criteria.I haven't done NVQs but this is how I would do it.

Do you have a professional development review?

Pick an item off that and write how it is smart:

Specific - clear what you need to do
Measurable - you can see the improvement
Achievable - that it is within your ability
Realistic - (speaks for itself)
Time bound - has a time limit on it ie be completed by end of term

thanks for the suggestions, I have been working on getting 2 target groups of pupi;s reading levels up to the next level I was trained on Benchmarking to find out what reading levels they are at and then trained on delivering guided reading sessions from LEA support staff. do you think that would be ok to use?
