To tie in with the 2008 Olympics August's competition is a prediction....

How many medals will Great Britain win this year?

Please give one figure, to be a total of gold, silver and bronze medals.

FYI....10500 athletes will take part in 302 events in 28 different sports.

The final, official total will be used. Judges decision is final. If 2 members choose the same winning total a tie-break will be set.

As the opening ceremony is Friday 8th August, the events will commence Saturday 9th.....

please ensure your prediction is posted by 8pm Monday 11th August latest.


Once the Games start you should be able to keep track of the medals won through these links.
