Nearly done my 2 is it worth doing the 3?? People have told me there is no difference in wages and alot of the stuff is repeated from 2?

i think you can use a lot of the level 2 work for the level 3

even if not worth it for your present job it will be good on your cv if you want to change

Yep a lot of your level 2 stuff can be used for level 3, with just some additional info.

A lot of job adverts ask for level 3, and some counties won't look at you without it.

If you have the time to put in the year that it will take to do it, I would say go for it.

I seriously wanted to do my level 3 this year, but the school said no because they have other plans for me, as they want me to be main medical TA. All fine and dandy, but that's now put my level 3 back a year, which i didn't want. Feel like my plans have been delayed through no choice of my own.

But I would go for your level 3 and agree with the others.

They said they want me doing lots of medical training and thought I may be taking on too much if i did my level 3 on top. But on reflection I think it could also be they don't want me out of school so much per week because of my new role doing this catheter 3 times a day and no one else is trained up yet to help me.....probably the more realistic version.

Yeah 2 others are going to be trained, just not for a few weeks yet, so I best not fall ill!!!!
