I didn't get the job.
I did email and ask for feedback as I thought the interview went well. I didn't have enough experience with setting up booking systems - not surprised as I had none but this was mentioned in my application.
Much more useful was they were dissapointed in my response to how I tackle conflicts in work priorities. I'm realy going to have to think about this one as the only real example I can think off would probably guarantee my not getting a job, but is a major factor in most of the jobs I have applied for
The example I can think of ended up with me working 18 hour days, 12 at weekends for 6 months. Towards the end I was not able to eat much and was sleeping poorly. In the end I was told to take a week off and see the doctor if I didnt feel any better as I was on the point of a breakdown. After that I resolved to never to put myself in the same position. The point is it was the first and last time I have been in that situation. I know I deal with this regularly but as I'm generally very relaxed about this sort of thing and just prioritise based on short term and long term effects of my decisions I realy don't know how to tackle this question.
This is going to be a huge question on the other job, especially as I would be expected to work with four or five different employers with differing needs and priorities.
On the bright side I now know my interview technique is good and just needs tweaking. I got a lot more possitive feed back then bad
