I have my first interview ever next week for LSA in EYFS and I am not sure what the best answer is to the following questions for this age group?
What would you do if a child hit you?
The child refuses to follow any instructions what would you do?
A child swears at you what would your reaction be?
I haven't much experience yet and am suffering a massive confidence crisis.

have you any idea how you would answer them, thinking about child protection and every child matters

Explain firmly what they had done was wrong and ask why they felt they had to hit and try to find out the reason. Give them the opportunity to talk about how they are feeling.
Be a good role model
Positive reinforcement
Any of this right? Anything else?

also follow any behaviour policies of the school, rewards and sanctions or any class rules that were followed by the children
