HAP - Higher acheivement pupil
MAP - Medium acheivement pupil
LAP - Lower acheivement pupil
I dont like these terms (i find them derogatory) but these are what we use in our school _________________

I just remember when I first started as a LSA and people used it freely in the staffroom. I know we all are used to it but newcomers to the job maybe a little confused. |
