I'm surprised staffing decisions aren't decided by the staffing commitee and only ratified by the FGB, I was under the impression that staff govs aren't allowed to be on the staffing commitee so these difficulties dont arise

It all depends on your committe structure, st Smile

We have a Finance & Pay Review committee (which I am on, so I have to withdraw for pay review items), I think because pay & the budget are rather closely related! Our committees have delegated powers from FG to make decisions and report back at FG meetings.

its a sub-committee on which i am a member.
the funny thing about this is that he is he hasn't told me yet that he as accepted my regrading. Confused
