Saw this on another site that we won't mention (lol)

What to you think of the idea?

I know the site is geared to selling them - but surely the principal can be used with any small whiteboard? Does anyone already use this technique? Does it work/help the children to stay on task?

I thought I had seen this discussed here.

I recommended this to my daughter's SENCO a while back. She has bought one but had some concerns to do with the pens (and mischevious teenagers) plus felt it was a little on the large size. The SEN department in the school now use photocopies of this with some students and find it very useful.

The additional advantage of using photocopies is the children are able to keep what has been written either for revision purposes or as an aid with homework.

Her view was it was money well spent and a simple idea which has helped the students they use it with.

I remember seeing these when they first came out. I tried to order one but they were so inundated they stopped taking orders at the time. I think they look good and the SENs might be more focussed on the objective as they would be using them frequently.
