hi, hope this is posted in the right place. I wanted to have one of those ticker things to count down to my holiday! but i cant seen to cut and paste the thing! help needed!

im sorry i have never tried to add a ticker, but im sure there will be someone to help soon

well if u go onto tickerfactory.com and make your ticker then once you have finished there should be a box wth bbcode written above it.

select the information in there and copy it (ctrl + c, or right click and select copy) then in your profile paste it into the signature box.

when i right click on the bbcode the list comes up but the copy if faded and i cant click on it.

u need to highlight it all first

Yeah i did that, i highlight the whole box but it still wont let me copy. i even tried the other boxes available but it wont let me copy. think maybe i should give up and count down my holiday in my head

you just want to highlight the text inside the box and the copy that not the actual box

Yeap im only highlighting the text, my options r to undo, delete or select all

try chooseing select all then copy

It works OK. Make sure that you've enter info in all the fields. then copy all the code in the bb box into ypur profile. I'll have a look at the coding in your profile now to see if I can spot what's wrong.
