We don't have too many rules but the ones we have are important.

Please remember when posting that this forum is available worldwide, any information facts and opinions can be viewed by anyone at anytime. Although members log in with a username it is sometimes easy to guess a persons identity by the information they give. This said it may also be possible to guess the identities of any third person mentioned on the forum so please be guarded when discussing individuals and change names to protect identities.

We love working as TA’s. You love working as TA’s. Come here and talk about being a TA. Talk about non TA topics in the right forums. Post and reply to topics. Do all that using common sense, and we'd be glad to have you.

The "Small Print" Section:
This forum is monitored by a team of voluntary moderators who exist to ensure that members are treated fairly and than an appropriate level of behaviour is maintained on the forum at all times. Please respect these people.

The admin/moderating team do not wish for you to feel intimidated by the General Code of Conduct below. These behaviour guidelines are in place to ensure all members are treated fairly and to maintain a pleasant environment for all on the forum.

General Code of Conduct

The following kinds of behaviour are unacceptable on this forum:
• Spamming – posts with nonsensical content
• Profanity – expressed or implied
• Flooding – posting repeated threads with the same content
• Harassment – posting derogatory comments to or against other members for whatever reason whether via the board or the personal messenger
• Threats of any nature against our members, moderators or the forum
• Promotion of other TA related forums either on the forum or in pm(unless authorization has been granted by the Admin on this site)
• Bashing of fellow members or any other TA forum
• Posting images or links regarding obscene, indecent, pornographic, violent or abusive content
• Trolling – posting inflammatory comments merely to provoke an extreme reaction
• Flaming – insulting another member (also see harassment)
• False representation
• Multiple usernames

While we don't have a problem with members promoting their own none TA related sites, we do have a problem with people signing up with this as their only motivation. Therefore if your rank is less than class monitor please PM a member of the moderating or admin staff for permission before doing so otherwise website addresses and membership will be immediately removed.



We would like to advise our members of the following:
• Be cautious about giving any personal information out over the internet (e.g. real name, address, contact information, age etc). If in doubt do not disclose your personal details.
• If you feel you are receiving inappropriate attention from another member on this forum, please notify a member of the moderating team immediately.
• Should you feel a thread on the forum is inappropriate or breaks any part of the General Code of Conduct, please bring the thread to our attention by sending a pm to one of the forum staff. Posting an inflammatory or degrading response in the offending thread is neither necessary nor welcomed and could lead to your own behaviour being assessed.
• All messages and opinions expressed on this forum are representative of the author of the message alone. These do not represent the views of TA talk nor anyone associated with the forum.

Should you be found to be posting trouble making, derogatory or negative comments, or should any complaints be received from other forums regarding our members (whether TA related or not) we will also take this as breach of these rules.
