Hi
Like many others i work on a yearly contract (sep - Jul) I am currently going through the process of adopting a child and will therefore be entitled to take a year off - adoption leave. Does anyone know if my job has to kept open for me for when i return? Or is my employer within his rights to just not renew my contract?

We had a teacher that has adopted twice and taken leave.Gorgeous children she brings them in every now again (as she is part time) for all the staff to play with Very Happy
