anyone got one of those mad friends who makes you laugh all the time...then cherish her......... laughter is indeed the best medicine!! so laugh and giggle away, not only will you feel great but you will burn off calories.

Researchers have found that a hearty laughing session works facial and stomach muscles, increasing breathing and oxygenating the blood. This can increase energy consumption by 10 to 40 calories a day. William Fry, associate professor emeritus of clinical psychiatry at Stanford University claims laughing can be as good as a workout. He told the Post Gazette: “A belly laugh is internal jogging…laughing 100 to 200 times per day is the cardiovascular equivalent of rowing for 10 minutes."
