Hi could anyone give me some advice on updating my CV personal profile, looked at it this morning and didn't realise what a rambling mess it had become, more of a life story than a personal profile or 'skills base' as some put it.
Looked at varous sites but all seemed geared to upwardly mobile post graduates with degrees by the bagful and tales of 'team leading a trek across Tibet' Shocked

I'M SORRY! I have no degree, yet, never been to Tibet nor team lead anyone other than a group of year 3's down our local woods!
Can anyone help, please???

CVs are a big part of what I do with my Year 11s. Personal Profiles are one of the most difficult parts of a CV as this can either switch on or off the reader. I found the site below really useful, so, I hope it helps.

For the personal profiles I have always asked someone who knows me well to write it.
I know that is not strictly what you are meant to do but others see your strengths so much more easily than you do about yourself.

Iwent on to businessballs.com -weird name but gives templates of CV's .
